Official dossier for foreign applicants (Regulament, art. 18): (1) ASEM application form; (2) copy of the identity document of the country of origin (international passport) valid for at least one year; (3) copy of the study diploma (bachelor/licence or equivalent), translated into Romanian, English or Russian, notarized and legalized (Hague apostille for Hague-member states; stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + supra-legalization at the General Consular Directorate of Moldova for other countries); (4) copy of the academic-value declaration for the study documents issued by the Ministry of Education of the country of origin (confirming authenticity, duration of studies, academic and professional value, and description of the grading system); (5) copy and legalized translation of the marriage certificate (if not issued in an international language); (6) copy of the certificate of completion of language-preparatory courses (where applicable); (7) declaration on own responsibility regarding the veracity of the submitted documents. After MEC acceptance the candidate pays the application fee; study contract and tuition payment precede the visa invitation (copy of border-crossing document, invitation application, proof of accommodation and tuition payment also required for documentation).
