The Muzică (Pedagogie muzicală) — Music / Musical Pedagogy (research master) programme at Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts (Facultatea Artă Muzicală (FAM)) is a Master's Degree (Ciclul II, master științific) program delivered in Romanian over a duration of 2 years (4 semesters per study plan approved 24.06.2026) (120 ECTS). This programme provides advanced training in educational pedagogy, instructional methodology, educational psychology, curriculum design, and school administration. Students develop evidence-based teaching techniques and educational assessment strategies. Graduates serve as master teachers, educational consultants, school directors, and pedagogy researchers.

Foreign citizens residing abroad are enrolled only on fee-paying places (art. 35); budget places for foreigners only under intergovernmental protocols (art. 31). Admission includes the speciality aptitude exam (proba de concurs) per Senate-approved FAM audition requirements. Competition formula FAM Ciclul II: MC = 0.5×MP (speciality exam) + 0.3×MG (diploma average) + 0.2×MEL (licence-exam average). AMTAP 2025-2026 bachelor graduates of the same programme are exempt from the exam (Senate decision 24.06.2026 — licence-thesis grade counts). 7 state-funded places in 2026-2027 (domain 011 Științe ale educației, Muzică).
