Completed degree 'Bachelor', 'Master' or 'Professional Bachelor' (competition by documents; minimum grade 'Good' (4.00) on the diploma, which serves as ranking score). Professional Bachelor graduates may apply only in master programmes of the same professional field. State-funded (state order) admission is possible only for curricula of 2 semesters. Application to the Rector (by template); original and copy of secondary and higher education diploma (or academic transcript/certificate if graduation is pending); receipt for paid application fee (waived for orphans, persons with 70%+ reduced working capacity, military invalids, mothers of 3+ children or twins); graduates of foreign universities submit a MoE-legalized diploma and a declaration form.
