Foreign applicants (Regulament §2.10 + cci.ulim.md): ULIM application form; passport copy (valid ≥1 year); copy + legalized translation of Bachelor's diploma and supplement (apostilled/supraleagalized, translated into Romanian or international language); birth/marriage certificate copies with legalized translations; preparatory-course or language certificate (if applicable); legalized/apostilled criminal-record certificate with translation; medical insurance (≥3 months); bank solvency certificate (≥1000 EUR); 6 photos 3×4 cm; declaration on authenticity of documents. Dossier sent to Foreign Students Department; originals on arrival; admission after MEC acceptance and payment of ≥1 study year. Local candidates (Înscrierea candidaților): licence diploma with annex (original + copy), identity-card copy, 2 photos 3×4 cm; submission Cab. 438 (Secția Master).
