Admission requirements

Entry requirements

CESS or recognised equivalent; admission conditions per Décret Paysage arts 107 & 111 (décret 7/11/2013). Non-EU (hors UE) applicants' secondary transcript must show average ≥12/20 for 1st-cycle access (condition NOT checked for 2nd-cycle/master applications). Non-finançable students need a derogation from the Commission d'admission et de validation des programmes (CAVP).

Required documents

ID/passport; 3 ID photos; birth certificate (sworn translation if not French/Dutch/German); CESS (or provisional copy) + transcripts; diploma equivalence (original & definitive for hors-UE) or proof of equivalence request filed before 15 July; attestations of prior higher-ed path with 'no debt' mention; employer/ONEM/FOREM attestations if applicable. Hors-UE residing in Belgium: residence permit valid through the academic year + motivation letter + household composition. Hors-UE abroad (2027-28 dossier): completed online form, handwritten motivation letter, ID copy, 2 photos, Baccalauréat + transcripts ≥12/20 (1st cycle), sworn translations, equivalence decision, detailed university programmes/TFE if applicable.
