Required documents

Online submission with the application form (originals/notarized copies only after enrollment, at first visit): (1) color photo 4×6 cm, passport-style, no older than 3 months, min 235×355 px; (2) national passport (pages with photo and name in Latin characters); (3) higher education diploma and transcript — competitive passing score of at least 8/10 or 80% of the country maximum, computed as (final diploma thesis/project grade × 0.6) + (average transcript grade × 0.4); (4) proof of English proficiency B2+ (TOEFL/IELTS/Cambridge certificate, English-medium diploma, linguistic-university diploma/transcript, or internal EHU exam certificate); (5) other documents the applicant considers important (optional). No apostille required for diplomas/certificates from Belarus, Ukraine and Russia; recognition of foreign qualifications is done free of charge by the EHU Academic Support Center (up to 1 month, completed no later than 3 days before the online interview).
