The Management organizațional și leadership (Organizational Management and Leadership) programme at Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University (Facultatea de Psihologie și Psihopedagogie Specială (Faculty of Psychology and Special Psychopedagogy)) is a Master's Degree (Cycle II) program delivered in Romanian and English (separate tracks, each with its own officially published study plan) over a duration of 2 years (officially stated in admission offer) (120 ECTS).
