University degree in any field completed with above-average results; qualification level of 240 ECTS (standard: 8-semester full-time first degree) — alternative proof via additional 60 ECTS of relevant coursework/second study, or via a written report (1–2 pages) on decision-making/leadership responsibilities plus a supplementary oral test; at least 2 years of professional experience (business, administration, politics/associations, public institutions, media); personal selection interview; cohort limited to 20 students
