The Advanced Nursing (Nursing avansat) — Master, Cycle II programme at Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Faculty of Medicine No. 1 (Facultatea de Medicină Nr. 1) — official 2026-2027 study plan approved by the Council of Faculty of Medicine No. 1; programme managed by the Department of Family Medicine (Catedra de medicină de familie)) is a Master's Degree (Cycle II, professionalization master), Master of Nursing (Master în Asistență Medicală), ISCED level 7 program delivered in Romanian over a duration of 2 years / 4 semesters (120 ECTS). Competition per Regulamentul de admitere master 2026-2027: competition average = general average of the licence/diploma (art. 33), minimum 5.00 (minimum 7.00 for state-funded places, art. 32); no entrance exam. Programme trains advanced practice nurses (advanced health assessment and clinical reasoning, clinical leadership, quality management, evidence-based nursing).
a) Application form; b) Copy of national passport valid at least 1 year from entry date into Moldova; c) Copies of education documents (Bachelor diploma or equivalent), translated into Romanian/English/Russian, notarized and legalized (Apostille for Hague Convention states; otherwise Foreign Ministry stamp + legalization at General Consular Directorate of Moldova); d) Copy of language proficiency certificate; e) Notarized copy of birth certificate; f) Notarized parental consent for applicants under 18; g) Copy of marriage certificate (if applicable); h) Declaration of responsibility for veridity and legality of submitted documents; i) 1 digital photo 3x4 cm + 2 matte photos 3x4 cm. Documents sent as 300 dpi scans in ONE email to foreign@usmf.md, each document in a separate file named Student_Name_Document_Name. Nursing-specific additions (official admission dossier annex, local admission): employer certificate confirming employment as nurse/feldsher/midwife and medical professional studies diploma with annex for candidates whose bachelor degree is from another field.
