Advance assignment for entrance examination: All applicants must submit a pre-task which is a preliminary research plan for a Master’s thesis in the program, no later than 28 January 2026 at 3 pm Finnish time in the online application system. Pre-tasks submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The pre-task must be approved in order for the applicant to be invited to the entrance examination (e-interview). The pre-task is evaluated on a Passed or Failed basis. The thesis work in this master’s degree programme (30 credits) is to be realized as a research and development project related to working life. Naturally also having the adequate academic credentials, style and theoretical basis. As a pre-task you should write a preliminary research plan (approximately 2-3 A4 pages) in English for your potentially coming thesis work with the following included: • a preliminary title of the potential thesis • a description of the top | Certificates: To be eligible, please upload the following in the online application form no later than 28 January 2026 at 3 pm Finnish time: • Bachelor's degree certificate* • Work certificates proving 24 months of work experience* after obtaining your Bachelor degree.
