The Constitutional and Administrative Law programme at South East European University (SEEU) (Faculty of Law) is a Master in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Second Cycle program delivered in Albanian / Macedonian tracks available over a duration of 2 years / 4 semesters (model 3+2) (120). Programme offered in Albanian and Macedonian tracks. University may deliver parts of lectures/materials in English for all programmes, so knowledge of Albanian + English or Macedonian + English is required. No IELTS/TOEFL requirement for non-English tracks.
Completed first cycle (Bachelor) university diploma with 180 ECTS or 240 ECTS (model 3+2, 120 ECTS master). Advantage given to candidates with cumulative GPA 8.00/10 or above. Applicants from non-matching fields: faculty commission sets additional enrolment criteria. Graduates of universities outside North Macedonia must nostrify their diploma at the Ministry of Education and Science of RNM (decision deadline 30 November 2026).

Transfer students additionally submit transcript of grades from previous HEI.
