Sport Physiology
Lithuanian Sports University (Lietuvos sporto universitetas) · Kaunas, Lithuania
NEW programme — absent from the 2025 Admission Rules Table 2 (which listed only 6 English master's), consistent with the fresh programme-page layout and its different (1 September) start. Language discrepancy handled: programme page shows only English entry requirements, but the central Graduate studies page explicitly says 'conducted in English and Lithuanian'. Diploma field on page: 'Master of Sports', while the page's 'Degree Objectives' text calls it 'master of life sciences (specializing in biology)' — discrepancy noted, page Diploma field recorded. Mentions LSU doctoral programme in biological sciences with University of Tartu (Estonia). Central tuition table row: 'Sports Physiology 3340 EUR' (2026/2027). All 7 input URLs fetched successfully (HTTP 200, title/content match) on 6 Sep 2026 — no URL fixes needed. page_reader CLI returned HTTP 429 (rate limit) throughout, so pages were fetched with the protocol's curl fallback. Application portal verified: is.lsu.lt/admission is LSU's OWN information system ('Uzsienieciu priemimas' — foreign-student admission, 'Pildyti stojimo priemyma' = fill in application); LSU does NOT use DreamApply. Application fee: 200 EUR non-EU/EEA, 50 EUR EU (non-refundable). Payment rules: non-refundable 1,000 EUR deposit deducted from tuition; non-EU students pay at least one full year of tuition before TRP documents are issued; from year 2 payment per semester with instalments possible; if TRP is not received by 1 October, tuition fully refunded. The published deadline table does not split EU vs non-EU — one standard window (3 Nov 2026 - 1 May 2027) plus an earlier 1 April 2027 route for double-legalization candidates and IMPAS; the known pattern of a later EU deadline is NOT reflected in the currently published table. Closed Autumn 2026 campaign dates (3 Nov 2025 - 1 May 2026) were NOT found on live official pages (checked 6 Sep 2026) and were not stamped; the shape of the pattern is corroborated by the 2025 Admission Rules (Table 4: 15 Nov 2024 - 1 May 2025) and the new campaign exactly one year later. LSU currently has NO faculties: the official Padaliniai (Divisions) page lists departments (katedros) only — the former faculties (Sport Biomedicine; Sports Education and Rehabilitation; Social Sciences and Management of Sport) no longer appear in the current structure, so faculty is recorded as the matching department with '(Inferred)'.
