application form for the entrance exam; certified copy of the certificate/diploma of completed basic academic studies with GPA; biography with professional works; motivation letter; proof of payment of the application fee (paid to giro account 840-32934845-84, ref. no. 03); signed declaration for candidates who were not budget-funded at the prior study level (form obtained at FDU on document submission day). Programme-specific: portfolio of up to three representative independent authorial works, min 10 minutes total, from sound recording/design for film, TV and online streaming, radio, stage events, creative music production or video games/interactive arts (combinable), each with a PDF (role description, artistic/sound-design explication, technical systems used, photos, hyperlinks) hosted on accepted platforms (YouTube/Vimeo/SoundCloud/Spotify/Bandcamp, private links) + backup copies on USB (video QuickTime/MP4/MKV 1920x1080 H264; uncompressed PCM WAV 44.1-192 kHz, 24-bit) or optionally DVD-VIDEO/DVD-AUDIO/CD-AUDIO; certificate on hearing condition with audiogram issued by a specialized medical institution, not older than 3 months. Application fee RSD 8,000.
