Scholarships and funding

Single official Total Program Fee EUR 12,250 for AY 2026-27 on the central Tuition-Fees page card 'MSc in Real Estate – Distance Learning' (Duration of Study: FT 14 Months/PT 24 Months; Language of Instruction: English; card appears under both the CIIM Business School and the Distance Learning groupings). NO EU/non-EU fee split is published anywhere on uol.ac.cy, so EU and non-EU fields carry the same official total. Campus/DL twins are priced separately: the campus card (MSc in Real Estate) is EUR 12,430 — each figure taken from its own card. Scholarship/discount lines (programme-agnostic, university-wide): GMAT scholarship 100% (>760) / 50% (>730) / 25% (>700, GPA>85% maintained); alumni discounts (CIIM/UoL MSc alumni 50% on MBA, MBA alumni 60% on any MSc); early payment 10% discount on tuition when paying full tuition at programme start; Named/Externally Funded full scholarships; Award of Outstanding Performance 25%; State Subsidy EUR 2,175-3,420 for eligible applicants meeting income/family-size criteria; assistantship up to 25%. Scholarship/early-payment figures exclude registration and subscription fees. Administration fees per official Payment Policy: Application Fee EUR 50 (non-refundable), Subscription Fee EUR 180, Registration Fee (Graduate Programs) EUR 200. External fee cross-check not repeated at write-up time (z-ai web_search rate-limited/429 and DuckDuckGo HTML returned an anomaly page); central official fee card is the authoritative source (recon-stage external cross-check found aggregator ranges EUR 8,000-13,500 consistent with official figures, and flagged stale aggregator prices as unreliable).

Required documents

Bachelor's degree certificate + transcripts from an accredited program; two reference letters (at least one academic — stated on /en/requirements/); evidence of English proficiency (test certificate, or UoL placement test for EU nationals, or native-speaker/English-instruction exemption); passport/ID copy and CV are not centrally listed — verify with admissions@uol.ac.cy.
