Hors-UE abroad (2027-28 dossier): completed online form, handwritten motivation letter, ID copy, 2 photos, Baccalauréat + transcripts ≥12/20 (1st cycle), sworn translations, equivalence decision, detailed university programmes/TFE if applicable.
